This was an amazing experience. Dr mobi was very intelligent and caring. The staff, specifically Vijin, Vishnu, and Ajay were incredible. Mr. Anoop was a great yoga and meditation instructor, with plenty of jokes to keep us engaged at 7am. The kitchen staff was great and accommodate my son’s peanut and tree nut allergy extremely well.

2 sisters on a 7 -night rejuvenation package. The hotel - beautiful blend of well kept tropical rainforest, secluded, pristine beach, safe ocean, stunning, zen pool and smiling, polite and helpful staff who all went beyond expectations to make our stay relaxing and beneficial. Location - quiet, green and clean village. Not touristy. Good to cycle around (free bikes and helmets from the hotel) to see the day to day life and the cathedral. Roads are small and fairly quiet but drivers like to beep a lot. Nothing like Bombay and other big cities. Stayed in an Akunda villa. Beautifully appointed and spotless. Gorgeous bath (takes a while to fill up). Peaceful, lush patio. Any issues were promptly resolved. We had a consultation upon arrival to determine our body type and health requirements and another on our last day to assess improvements. Meals included tasty and varied vegetarian soups + 2 to 3 small dishes and warm infusions as drinks. We got a special meal of fish and chicken on our last night in a lovely decorated restaurant. Treatments were varied and plentiful. A typical day would include morning yoga (more of a stretching class by the beach with a funny, talkative yogi), 1 or 2 ayurvedic massages (varied options recommended by the Dr. 2 therapists are assigned to you for the duration of your stay. Extra massages can be purchased but we never felt like we needed more), a pranic healing if recommended, meditation and an afternoon yoga (more advanced but can be attended by all levels). Check your daily schedule to know where to go for each treatment. It’s a big property. A boat trip on the backwaters can be booked. Ask for the small boat for proper exploration. The big one (with patio, lounge and dining room) stays on the lake. Afternoon tea includes fresh cut fruits, a cup of tea and a banana fritter, a cookie and a small sandwich. Transfer was in a spacious, air conditioned, private car. All the staff from management, reception, spa, doctors, restaurant, cleaners and gardeners were welcoming, kind and efficient. Rejuvenate week at Carnoustie Kerala

I spent a week at Carnoustie Wellness resort in Kerala for Rejuvanate Program and it exceeded my expectations. From the pick up at the airport i arrived at the hotel where the team was there to welcome us. Check in was a breeze i was escorted to my room/villa. The room was beautifully appointed clean spacious a big comfortable bed and the bathroom stunning with the white marble bath. The Wellness team was dedicated and always smiling all my treatments were spot on. The therapists excellent. After each treatments I felt rejuvenated relaxed. Deep feeling of wellbeing. Ayurvedique treatments at Carnoustie are all about body mind and soul…yoga and meditations were great. Special mention for the restaurant the food healthy tasty food was elaborated under the doctor’s recommendation. Joseph and his team from the restaurant made our meals a feast. I never felt so happy to have diet food😊. I had a great stay at this hotel their treatments are very good. Thank you to all the teams . Body mind and soul realignment 😌. I definitely recommend and will go back for a longer stay next time

Had a wonderful time at Carnousti in February, we were there for a week for a relaxed wellness visit. If you are looking for a luxurious ,relaxing and rejuvenating experience Carnousti does not disappoint. The property is well maintained and leads to the beach. Every member makes sure your time spent there is enjoyable and relaxing. Just to mention a few who went above and beyond in making sure we had a wonderful experience were Joseph food and beverage manager, Anup yoga & pranayam teacher,Dr Moby and the front desk manager who stayed up till we arrived at 1:00am as our flight was delayed a big thank you for making our visit so memorable. 🙏🏻

Relaxed Ayurvedic panchakarma stay

Carnoustie Overall I had a very nice stay for my panchakarma treatment. I was extremely pleased by my ayurvedic doctor who was Dr Moby. She is full of knowledge, wisdom, experience and was always taking care of me 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Dr.Moly for the Pranahealing is also amazing and helpful. I was also very well treated by the two Marmahealing doctors. The morning and afternoon yoga with Anoop was very good and pleasant, still continuing it… The restaurant with the kitchenchef Ashok and the restaurant chef Josef are omnipresent, very friendly, helpful and always taking care and asked me for extrawishes. All the other people in the restaurant where friendly and smiling. Now, I am missing the eggplant masala and Fish curry so much, but fortunately I got the recipes. Missing as well the smiles of the nice garden people…. Dislikes: The maintenance of the resort could have been better and some renovations should be done. The cleanliness of the bedding and the bathroom could be improved. I would prefer that the Ayurvedic Idea will be alive all over, for example ayurvedic soap and Shampoo, ayurvedic hot water to drink served in the Spa. I was missing a little bit an „Ayurvedic soul“ in the entire resort,
